- Background Check
- The Griffith Soccer Club have distributed and collected disclosure forms from each person
that will have any contact with any player.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- All Executive Board Members
- All coaches, assistant coaches, trainers and team parents.
- Any other individual having on-going contact with children.
Once the forms are completed the CONFIDENTIAL information is sent to SAY. If there is a problem with a background check, the Vice President will call a meeting with the Executive Board Members and discuss what action should be taken.
